FALLOW HOUSE — IN PROGRESS

Fallow House is a pre-war Upper West Side residence envisioned as a study in restraint, warmth, and renewal. Original architectural details—sun-worn floors, plastered walls, and antique hardware—form the quiet framework for a series of evolving, custom interventions. Soft earth tones and layered natural materials establish an enveloping calm, while early moments of the design language emerge through vintage forms, Akari lighting, and tailored joinery for the children’s spaces.

Now in progress, the project will continue into 2026 with refinished floors, a full kitchen renovation, and a bedroom addition, alongside the completion of key custom elements: a large-scale sofa, a hand-carved fireplace surround with bespoke plaster finish, and a custom living-room rug. Fallow House is not a reinvention, but a quiet cultivation—an interior resting between past and future, shaped by hand, light, and lived-in rhythm.
